The ‘next’ initiative
GOAL OF $450,000 / Sept. 2019 – sept. 2020
Since beginning in September 2013, Epic Church has been a “portable” church and has met in movie theaters for worship services. Since then, over 300 people have said YES to faith in Jesus for the first time, and Epic has continued to grow.
In September 2019, God provided an opportunity for a more permanent home for the ministry of Epic Church. The NEXT initiative is a 12-month goal to raise $450,000 that will be used to renovate this facility. Together, we can accomplish this goal and continue to lead people in becoming all-in followers of Jesus.
FROM A MOVIE THEATER TO A RENOVATED AUTO CENTER
In the Fall of 2019, renovations will begin to turn the former Sears Auto Center (Eastern Hills Mall) into a ministry space for Epic Church. This 27,000 square feet building will include a 600-seat auditorium, plenty of space for kids and student ministry, as well other opportunities to make a difference in our communities.
