Giving FAQs
How do I edit my online giving?
If you need to edit your giving, login to your account here. You can edit your account info, payment methods, giving frequency and more. If you have the Epic Church App, you can access your giving account by tapping the ‘Give’ button on the home page.
How do I edit my text giving?
To set up text giving, text the word ‘Give’ to 716-320-1818 and follow the prompts. (Save this number in your phone as “Epic Give” so you’ll always have it at your fingertips.) After the initial setup, edit your account by texting the word ‘Edit’ to 716-320-1818. Tap on the link texted to you to open your account page. Then click on the ‘Menu’ button (≡) at the top left of the page to edit your account info, giving frequency, payment methods and more.
Will I receive a giving statement?
Yes, we provide an updated giving statement mid-year and end-of-year. Our ability to provide you with a statement is based on having your most up to date information. Use this form to update your contact information.
What is Clover Give?
Clover Give is our giving platform that enables you to give a single gift or schedule recurring giving using a checking account, debit/credit card, PalPal or GooglePay.
